Description
So I finally started watching Doctor Who, and of course its amazing. I loved the ending to this episode. It was sooo bittersweet I could hardly take it. 
There are other things I need to do, but I just couldn't help myself. This was really fun to paint - especially because I had to make up most of the details because my reference was so pixelated. Near the end I decided to throw in the TARDIS; little did I know it would take up an extra hour and a half of time! Drawing that thing correctly and in perspective is a pain, especially when you end up miniaturizing, blurring and lowering the opacity when you're finally done.
I wanted to try out painting without an initial sketch again (first attempt here - [link] ) and just tweaking and refining as I go along. Its very refreshing
